CM Yogi targets 115 UP constituencies with ₹38,000-crore development push ahead of 2027 polls

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is directing development projects worth ₹38,000 crore across 115 constituencies in Uttar Pradesh, signalling the BJP's electoral strategy ahead of the 2027 state Assembly elections.
The outreach comes as the ruling party seeks to regain ground lost during the 2024 general elections. The BJP has concentrated project allocations across key constituencies to strengthen its position before the next state polls.
The infrastructure-focused approach is part of the government's broader effort to address grievances and build electoral support in targeted regions across the state.
