Zeliangrong Baudi (N) reaffirms ZYON as official youth body, bans ZYFN

The Zeliangrong Baudi (N) has reaffirmed that the Zeliangrong Youth Organization of Nagaland (ZYON) remains the officially authorized and recognized Zeliangrong youth body in the state since its formation in 2019. ZYON is mandated to exercise civic functions and community responsibilities representing Zeliangrong youth under ZB(N) directives.

The organizational position was explicitly reaffirmed during an executives' meeting on June 24, 2021, involving representatives of the Nagaland Zeliangrong People's Organisation (NZPO) and ZB(N) frontal units. The position was reinforced again during the Baudi Nagaland Dimki proceedings on September 4, 2026, at Gaili village.

The Zeliangrong Youth Front Nagaland (ZYFN) has been proscribed by Baudi Nagaland Dimki pending official amalgamation between ZYON and ZYFN.
