Abhishek Banerjee to Meet Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla on TMC Recognition

Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla has called Abhishek Banerjee for a meeting on June 19. The meeting comes after Banerjee wrote to Birla requesting that no other faction be recognised as the Trinamool Congress.

The development suggests ongoing internal matters within the TMC requiring clarification with the Speaker's office regarding parliamentary recognition procedures.
