Abhishek Banerjee claims state-sponsored attack after Mamata's car targeted

Trinamool Congress leader Abhishek Banerjee alleged that the attack on Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee's car was state-sponsored and executed by opposition leader Suvendu Adhikari. The incident occurred a day after Mamata visited Bizpur to meet the family of a deceased TMC worker, which had triggered protests in the area.

Banerjee's accusation came amid heightened political tensions in West Bengal. The TMC has blamed Adhikari and his faction for orchestrating the assault on the Chief Minister's vehicle.
