Afghanistan coach Pybus urges ICC to ensure equal Test opportunities for smaller nations

Afghanistan coach Richard Pybus has urged the International Cricket Council to guarantee equitable access to Test cricket for smaller full member nations. Pybus argued that teams cannot develop and evolve through sporadic Test matches played infrequently.

He emphasized that consistent competitive opportunities are essential for smaller cricket nations to improve their standing in the sport and compete at the highest level. Pybus's remarks highlight concerns about the unequal distribution of Test cricket fixtures among ICC full members.
