Akasa Air launches first direct flight between Jewar and Navi Mumbai airports

Akasa Air launched the first direct flight service connecting Noida International Airport (NIA) in Jewar and Navi Mumbai International Airport on Tuesday. The new route marks the beginning of direct air connectivity between the two airports, offering travellers a shorter and more economical travel option.

Navi Mumbai International Airport commenced operations in December 2025. The direct flight service is expected to reduce travel time and costs for passengers commuting between the two metropolitan regions.
