Security clearance delays Ambala airport launch promised in August

Ambala airport's launch has been delayed despite an August 2024 timeline announced earlier. Security clearance requirements from relevant authorities have stalled the project's progress.

The airport was expected to become operational by now but continues to await final approvals. Officials have not disclosed a revised opening date.
