Can Amritpal Singh's Waris Punjab De Challenge Congress in Punjab?

Amritpal Singh has launched Waris Punjab De with a focus on appealing to young voters in the state. The party's core message centres on a 'Punjab for Punjabis' platform, seeking to differentiate itself in Punjab's political landscape.

The key question now is whether this messaging can convert into electoral support and help the new party establish itself as a credible political force. Waris Punjab De will need to challenge the incumbent Congress and other established players in the state.

With elections approaching, the party's ability to mobilise youth and build grassroots support will determine its impact on Punjab's political outcomes.
