ANI moves Delhi high court in OpenAI copyright case

The Press Trust of India's news agency ANI has approached a division bench of the Delhi High Court in its ongoing copyright dispute with OpenAI. ANI alleges that OpenAI scraped, stored and commercially exploited its news content, thereby infringing its exclusive rights under copyright law.
