Arunachal CM says border concerns need verification on ground

Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu has denied reports of Chinese incursion in the state while saying concerns raised by a community-based organisation in the Taksing area of Upper Subansiri district must be heard and verified on the ground.

The CM's statement comes after a local group flagged worries about border security in the region. Khandu indicated that while he rejected claims of an actual incursion, the underlying concerns deserve proper investigation and verification by ground teams.
