Sukhbir Singh Badal attacks MP Amritpal Singh over Punjab's past

Sukhbir Singh Badal has launched a sharp criticism of MP Amritpal Singh, claiming that elements responsible for Punjab's decline are now operating under the guise of religious devotion.

The Shiromani Akali Dal leader's remarks appear to target Amritpal Singh, a first-time MP from Sangrur, suggesting continuity between past destructive forces and current political actors in the state.

The attack reflects ongoing tensions within Punjab's political landscape between established parties and newer political entrants seeking to reshape the state's agenda.
