Three Bangladeshi nationals arrested with forged identity documents in Kozhikode

Three Bangladeshi nationals were arrested in Kozhikode after verification of their credentials revealed they had entered Kerala using forged Indian identity documents. The discovery was made during a routine check, which exposed the fraudulent documents used for their entry into the state.
Authorities have launched an investigation into how the fake documents were procured and whether there was an organized network facilitating illegal entry. The three individuals are being interrogated to ascertain the source of the forged papers and their purpose for entering India.
The incident highlights concerns over border security and document fraud in the region. Kozhikode, situated close to Kerala's borders, has seen periodic cases of illegal immigration and document-related offenses.
