Manav Suthar's 74% big-turn deliveries outdo Jadeja, Kuldeep in Galle Test
Manav Suthar played a key role in keeping Sri Lankan batters under pressure during India's Test match at Galle International Stadium. The spinner produced the highest percentage of deliveries with significant turn, with 74% of his balls deviating more than 4.5 degrees—better than fellow spinners Jadeja and Kuldeep.
Suthar returned figures of 4/76 as India restricted Sri Lanka to 284 after posting 462 in their first innings. His ability to extract consistent turn proved instrumental in India's bowling performance.
