Bengal needs organised real estate players, says Finance Minister

West Bengal Finance Minister Swapan Dasgupta has stressed the need for organised players in the state's real estate sector. Dasgupta highlighted that certain existing laws, including the urban land ceiling act, have acted as "impediments to development" and should be scrapped to facilitate growth in the housing and construction industry.
