BJP MP's daughter defends post on education minister's resignation, Instagram account deactivated

After Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan resigned over the NEET paper leak controversy and prolonged student protests, Archita Sarangi, daughter of BJP MP Aparajita Sarangi, shared a news headline about his resignation on Instagram.

Archita posted an Instagram story stating she would not delete the post under any circumstances. She wrote that she wanted to assure those pressuring her mother to remove it that it would not be deleted, referring to the education minister's office staff. She added, "Don't worry. This will not be deleted. Jai Jagannath, Jai Hind." Subsequently, her Instagram account was deactivated, sparking social media discussions.

Meanwhile, BJP MP Aparajita Sarangi supported Dharmendra Pradhan's decision to step down.
