BRICS Summit Gala Dinner Menu Features Paneer Lababdar, Fruit Cream Jalebi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has organised a gala dinner for leaders of BRICS nations at Bharat Mandapam in Delhi. The menu showcases Indian culinary traditions and will be served to guests including Russian President Vladimir Putin and Chinese President Xi Jinping.

The starters include khandvi mil-feuille—steamed besan rolls topped with mustard seeds, coconut and curry leaves, served with saffron-mango dressing and yoghurt. Another starter features pan-grilled mushroom kebabs with mint pearls, served on sheermal bread.

Main courses comprise paneer lababdar, Himachali guchchi mushrooms cooked with saffron and dry fruits, and millet pulao prepared with basmati rice. Desserts include shahtat phirni topped with mulberry and gold leaf, and old Delhi's fruit cream jalebi.
