Centre extends LTC facility by two years for employees to visit J&K, northeast

The Centre has extended the Leave Travel Concession (LTC) facility by two years for central government employees. The extension permits eligible employees to convert one home town LTC for travel to Jammu & Kashmir and designated northeast regions during the four-year block period.

The move aims to boost tourism and connectivity to these regions while providing employees flexibility in utilising their LTC benefits.
