Civil Services Foundation Course Delayed Pending Centre's Supreme Court Appeal

The Centre has approached the Supreme Court seeking permission to withhold implementation of the court's March 11 judgment in the Rohith Nathan case, which concerns civil service allocations. The delay has put the Civil Services foundation course on hold as candidates await clarity from the government.
The Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) has requested relief to proceed with service allocations without immediately implementing the court's order. The matter remains pending before the apex court as candidates and civil service aspirants await a resolution.
