CJP coordinator files habeas corpus plea in Supreme Court over missing activists
A coverage coordinator of the Communist Party of India (CJP) has moved the Supreme Court with a habeas corpus petition seeking information about the whereabouts of three individuals identified as Dipke, Das, and Ranka.
Gaurav Bharti, the CJP coverage coordinator, has filed the petition and requested an urgent hearing scheduled for October 11.
