CJP founder Abhijeet Dipke granted bail within 24 hours of detention

Abhijeet Dipke, founder of Citizens for Justice and Peace (CJP), was detained by police shortly after leaving an NCP-SCP spokesperson's residence in Delhi. The detention occurred as Dipke was heading to attend a 'Tiranga Yatra' event at Connaught Place. A police official informed him that he was being placed under preventive detention under Section 163, which was in force in the Connaught Place area.
Within 24 hours of his detention, Dipke was granted bail by the court. The court imposed specific conditions on his release, though details of these conditions were not immediately disclosed. The incident raised questions about the circumstances leading to his preventive detention and the grounds cited by authorities.
