Leaked online discussion reveals CJP supporters planning regime change, boasting of 500 lawyers

A purported online discussion among Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) supporters has surfaced, revealing plans for nationwide mobilisation ahead of a 2 October protest against Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar. Participants allegedly claimed they would replicate violent regime change scenarios seen in Nepal and Bangladesh if the Modi government took action against CJP protesters.
In the undisclosed Google Meet conversation, participants including Rakesh, Milan Nayak and Sarthak Tripathy made allegations that the government was "killing journalists" attempting to voice dissent. Rakesh allegedly boasted of having 300 to 500 Supreme Court lawyers available to handle cases of CJP protestors, and claimed the government would "collapse within 30 days" if it acted against party members, citing examples from Nepal, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh.
