CJP Worker Alleges Sexual Assault by Delhi Police ACP at Jantar Mantar Protest

Sexual harassment allegations have surfaced at an ongoing protest at Delhi's Jantar Mantar demanding Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar's resignation over electoral roll revision. Rosy, an Instagram influencer and Cockroach Janta Party supporter who presents herself as an independent journalist, accused ACP Vivek Bhagat of molesting her while she covered the detention of leftist activist Neha Bora on October 3.

In a video recorded outside Parliament Street police station, Rosy claimed Bhagat groped her, hit her chest, and squeezed her breast before pushing her away. She stated she had spent over three hours at the station without an FIR being filed. CJP founder Abhijeet Dipke called for Bhagat's immediate arrest, while co-convenor Saurav Das labeled him a "sexual predator" and alleged Delhi Police were shielding the officer.
