Over 300 people, including children, march at Delhi's Connaught Place demanding accountability

A gathering of over 300 people, including children as young as seven years old, took part in the 'Lehra Do Tiranga' march at Delhi's Connaught Place on Monday. The demonstration was organized to demand accountability from authorities, with participants carrying national flags and chanting patriotic slogans.
The march proceeded despite police curbs on protests in the area. Organisers framed the event as an opportunity for children to engage in civic participation and learn about questioning authority and seeking answers from those in power.
The participation of families and young children in the demonstration underscored the broad-based nature of the protest, which sought to send a message about citizens' right to peaceful assembly and their expectations of governmental accountability.
