Delhi court permits US national and six Ukrainians to return home after NIA charges

A Delhi court has permitted US national Matthew Aaron VanDyke and six Ukrainians to travel back to their home countries following charges by the National Investigation Agency.

The NIA has charged the seven individuals with immigration-related offences. The court's decision allows them to leave India despite the pending charges against them.
