GST fraud: Delhi authority uncovers company claiming ₹15.78 crore ITC benefits fraudulently, partner arrested

The CGST Delhi South commissioner's office initiated action after detecting irregularities in the company's GST filings and credit claims. The probe revealed systematic fraud in availing ITC benefits, leading to substantial revenue loss.
