Delhi HC Advises CJP Leaders to Remove Posts Targeting BJP's Bhatia

The Delhi High Court has advised leaders of the Confederation of Junior Physicians (CJP) to remove social media posts targeting BJP leader Gaurav Bhatia, cautioning against attacking without verification.
The court issued formal summons in a ₹2-crore defamation suit, calling for responses from Saurav Das, Ashutosh Ranka, and CJP founder Abhijit Dipke. The proceedings come as the legal challenge to the unverified posts moves forward through the judicial process.
