Delhi High Court gives Sonia, Rahul Gandhi three weeks to reply in National Herald case

The Delhi High Court has granted Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi three weeks to file their response to a plea filed by the Enforcement Directorate in the National Herald case.
Solicitor General Tushar Mehta, representing the ED, argued that the trial court had "gone terribly wrong" in handling the matter. He noted that despite being given two months earlier by the High Court to submit a reply, the respondents had not done so.
The National Herald case involves allegations related to the management and finances of the newspaper. The ED has been investigating the matter, with the Congress leaders facing scrutiny over their alleged role in the publication's operations.
