DMK accuses Rahul Gandhi of silence on Tamil Nadu SIR deletions amid Delhi protests

The DMK has criticized Congress leader Rahul Gandhi for what it calls duplicitous behaviour, questioning his silence on deletions in the State Information Registers (SIR) in Tamil Nadu even as he participates in Delhi protests.

DMK spokesperson Saravanan Annadurai alleged that Gandhi is hesitant to speak out on Tamil Nadu matters due to concerns about actor-politician Vijay and the Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) party. The DMK's remarks highlight internal tensions within the opposition coalition over state-specific issues.
