Vadakara court grants two-day custody to DYFI leader in 'Kafir screenshot' case

A Vadakara court has granted two-day police custody to DYFI leader Jithin Bhaskar in connection with the 'Kafir screenshot' case. The prosecution argued that custodial interrogation was necessary to determine whether Bhaskar had used a computer or digital device to create the disputed screenshot.
Authorities also sought to recover electronic evidence relevant to their investigation. The court approved the custody request to facilitate the investigation into the matter.
