Election Commission to launch special enrollment drive for left-out voters in Villupuram

The Election Commission of India will conduct a special drive to enrol electors who were left out in Villupuram district. According to District Election Officer and Collector Sheik Abdul Rahman, the Declaration Form attached with Form 6 will be used during the Systematic Voter Identification Programme (SVIP) phase.

For non-SVIP periods, the forms applicable under the Registration of Electors Rules, 1960, will be used. The initiative aims to ensure comprehensive voter registration across the district.
