ED Raids Call Centres in Hyderabad Over US Nationals Scam
The Enforcement Directorate's Hyderabad office conducted searches at call centres suspected of running a scam targeting US nationals. Officials seized over 67 mobile phones, hard disks, more than a dozen laptops and other electronic devices allegedly used in the fraudulent operations.
The raid is part of an investigation into organised financial crimes targeting foreign nationals through organised call centre networks operating from within India.
