ED searches premises of former Haryana minister Gopal Kanda in fund collection case

The Enforcement Directorate conducted searches at premises linked to former Haryana minister Gopal Kanda as part of an investigation into alleged financial irregularities. The probe centres on four real estate projects that collected approximately ₹248.46 crore from 661 investors without delivering possession or executing promised sale deeds till date.

The investigation examines the fund collection and alleged non-delivery of committed properties, raising questions about the handling of investor money across these projects.
