ED seeks fugitive offender tag for MGF promoter Shravan Gupta
The Enforcement Directorate has moved a special court seeking to declare MGF promoter Shravan Gupta a fugitive offender under the Fugitive Offenders Act. The agency submitted documentary evidence showing that Gupta evaded nine summons issued to him.
The action marks an escalation in the ED's investigation against the real estate developer. The fugitive offender tag would restrict his movement and assets further.
