FDA Suspends Licenses of IRCTC Kitchen and Three ISKCON Food Outlets in Mumbai

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in Mumbai has suspended the operating licenses of an IRCTC-linked kitchen and three ISKCON food outlets following inspections that revealed serious food-safety violations.
Inspections uncovered live cockroaches, rodent droppings, and other sanitation lapses at the establishments. The IRCTC kitchen serves railway passengers, while the ISKCON outlets are located at the Juhu facility.
The suspensions mark a significant action against food safety breaches at high-volume catering operations serving the public.
