Four students booked for MBBS admission using fake freedom fighter certificates
Four students in Dehradun have been booked for obtaining MBBS admission through fraudulent freedom fighter dependent certificates. A verification committee constituted by the District Magistrate examined the submitted documents and found them to be suspicious. The addresses provided in the certificates could not be verified during the investigation.
The incident highlights irregularities in the admission process for reserved category seats. Authorities are investigating the source and authenticity of the forged certificates used by the students.
