Gadkari announces Rs 508.66 crore for highway upgrades in West Bengal

Union Minister Nitin Gadkari has announced Rs 508.66 crore for strengthening and selective widening of NH-14 and NH-114 in West Bengal's Birbhum district. The project will span 91.90 km of NH-14 and 56.40 km of NH-114.

The upgrades aim to improve road safety, reduce congestion and travel time, and strengthen connectivity for commuters and freight movement across the region. The improvements are expected to enhance infrastructure quality on these key national corridors.
