Governor's address designed for CM's self-promotion, says Udhayanidhi Stalin

Tamil Nadu Opposition leader Udhayanidhi Stalin has alleged that the Governor's address is tailored to promote Chief Minister C. Joseph Vijay. Stalin contended that the speech was designed for the CM to trumpet his own achievements rather than serve as a formal legislative address.
