GST Council may allow police, investigation agencies to access GST data via NATGRID

The GST Council is considering a mechanism to permit investigating agencies and police to access GST data through NATGRID, the government's national database integration platform. Under the proposed arrangement, data would be shared online via application programming interfaces (APIs) on requests from NATGRID user agencies.
