Gurgaon DLF colonies see unauthorized high-rise construction on low-cost residential plots

Low-cost residential plots in Gurgaon's DLF colonies are being converted into unauthorized high-rise structures, according to ground reports. Seven-floor buildings, paying guest accommodations and medical clinics are being erected on plots originally designated for single-unit residential use.
The unauthorized construction appears to violate zoning regulations and building bylaws governing the DLF colonies. Residents and local authorities have raised concerns about the unplanned expansion and its impact on infrastructure and community spaces in the residential areas.
