Gurugram tightens rules on construction waste with disposal proof requirement

Gurugram is implementing stricter regulations to address construction waste management. The municipal authorities will now require builders and developers to furnish proof of proper waste disposal before granting project clearances.
The new measure aims to prevent illegal dumping and ensure environmental compliance across construction sites in the city. Without documented evidence of waste disposal at authorized facilities, projects will not receive final approval from the authorities.
This initiative is part of Gurugram's broader effort to tackle the growing problem of construction debris and improve urban waste management practices.
