Haryana to ban fuel sales for end-of-life vehicles in NCR districts

Haryana has announced a ban on fuel sales for end-of-life vehicles in four National Capital Region districts starting October 16. The move aims to phase out older, polluting vehicles from the region.
The ban will apply to vehicles that have completed their designated lifespan and are classified as end-of-life under emission standards. This initiative is part of efforts to improve air quality in the NCR, where pollution levels spike during winter months.
