Haryana High Court orders SSC to reconsider three teachers' cases after fee exemption error

Three aspiring Sanskrit teachers in Haryana lost employment opportunities after being wrongly denied appointments, despite being exempted from paying examination fees under a support scheme.
The Haryana High Court has now intervened, ordering the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) to reconsider their cases. The teachers were disqualified after they paid fees they were legally exempt from, a system error that worked against their own benefit.
The court's directive aims to rectify the administrative mistake and ensure the candidates receive fair consideration for their positions.
