Haryana NCR petrol pumps to verify vehicle PUC before fuel sale from October 1

Haryana's transport department has issued a directive requiring petrol pumps across the National Capital Region to verify Pollution Under Control (PUC) certificates before selling fuel to vehicles, effective October 1.
