High Court allows VHDCPL to continue hyperscale AI data centre project

A division bench of the High Court, headed by Chief Justice Lisa Gill and Justice Challa Gunaranjan, has granted an interim order allowing VHDCPL to continue with its hyperscale AI data centre project. The bench passed the order while hearing the matter on Tuesday.

The interim relief permits the company to proceed with the project while legal proceedings continue.
