Home Ministry designates Shahzad Bhatti Network as terrorist organization under UAPA

The Ministry of Home Affairs has designated the Shahzad Bhatti Network as a terrorist organization under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah announced.

The move comes as part of efforts to counter terror-related activities. The designation places the network under legal restrictions and enables law enforcement agencies to take action against its members and operations.
