IAF Vice Chief Says Technical Issues with LCA Mk-1A Will Be Resolved in 1-2 Months

The Indian Air Force vice chief has stated that technical issues hampering the LCA Mk-1A fighter jet programme will be addressed within one to two months. The Mk-1A variant is crucial to IAF's efforts to strengthen its fighter aircraft inventory, which currently faces a significant shortage.
The IAF has placed two orders for a total of 180 Mk-1A fighter jets as part of its modernisation strategy. The aircraft represents an upgraded version of the Tejas fighter jet and is considered essential to bridge the gap in the force's combat capabilities.
