“If My Daughter Is Guilty, Throw Her From The Same Fort”: Siya Goyal’s Parents Demand Strictest Punishment In Ketan Agarwal Murder Case

In a dramatic development in the Ketan Agarwal murder investigation, the parents of prime accused Siya Goyal have publicly demanded the harshest possible punishment for their daughter if the allegations against her are proven in court.
Speaking after the shocking case came to light, Siya's mother, Pooja Goyal, said, "If my daughter is found guilty, then she should be thrown from the same place where Ketan was thrown from."
Her father, Praveen Goyal, echoed the same sentiment, saying, "From the fort where Ketan fell, the accused, even if it is my own daughter, should be pushed down."
Siya Goyal has been accused of murdering her 26-year-old fiancé, Ketan Agarwal, along with her alleged boyfriend, Chetan Chaudhary. According to investigators, the duo allegedly pushed Ketan from Lohagad Fort in Maharashtra's Sahyadri range. The incident was initially believed to be an accidental fall during a trekking trip before the investigation took a different turn.
Reacting to allegations involving Chetan Chaudhary, Pooja Goyal claimed the family had no knowledge of him. She said, "We did not know anything about Chetan. Ever since the engagement, she only spoke to Ketan."
The case has also taken a personal toll on Siya's family. Her father, Praveen Goyal, was recently admitted to Ruby Hall Clinic after reportedly suffering severe chest pain and is said to have been treated in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
During police questioning, Siya reportedly claimed that she did not want to marry Ketan and had expressed her unwillingness before the wedding. She allegedly told investigators that Ketan refused to cancel the marriage and claimed his influential family would prevent her from leaving the relationship even if she attempted to run away.
Police are continuing their investigation into the case, while Siya's statements remain part of the ongoing probe and are yet to be tested during judicial proceedings. The final determination of guilt or innocence will be made by the court after examining all evidence presented during the trial.
