IIHR Bengaluru to host meet on plant genetic resources in Peninsular India

The Indian Institute of Horticultural Research (IIHR) in Bengaluru will organise a three-day conference from September 17-19 focusing on harnessing plant genetic resources across Peninsular India. The event carries the theme "From Biodiversity Hotspot to Sustainable Bioresource Hub."

The meet will bring together researchers, policymakers and industry stakeholders to discuss strategies for leveraging the region's rich agricultural and botanical diversity while promoting sustainable resource management and development.
