IIT Madras team wins Norwegian autonomous vessel challenge
A team from IIT Madras has won a Norwegian challenge focused on building autonomous marine vessels without crew. The competition this year drew 23 teams from nine countries: India, Turkey, Norway, Poland, Canada, Japan, Spain, Croatia, and Scotland.
The achievement underscores India's growing capability in advanced maritime and robotics technology on the global stage.
