India, China agree to address economic and trade concerns in balanced manner

China's Commerce Minister Wang Wentao held talks with India's Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal in Delhi. Both sides reaffirmed commitment to implementing consensus reached at the leadership level and expanding mutually beneficial cooperation between the nations.
